Checking in was a hassle, with several room changes due to issues like unpleasant odors. The ambiance in the restaurant was disrupted by a Christmas party, leading to noise that lingered into the night, making it hard to catch some sleep. Breakfast options were limited and seemed understocked, with only the basics available, such as a few teabags on the table. For anyone who enjoys flexibility, the lack of viable plug sockets near the bed is a nuisance for charging devices overnight.

A really solid selection for shopping in Leeds with value for money. The bar was full of people enjoying the sports. Parking can be a hassle, so arrive early.

We had a lovely two-night stay where our double room was spacious and the bed was super comfy with plenty of pillows. The indoor pool and sauna were fantastic for some late-night relaxation, but the windows in our room could have opened a bit wider for fresh air. Just a tip, the breakfast spread was excellent, especially the sausage and bacon!

Had an awesome getaway with my friends! We had a blast at the pub and even checked out a local music festival. The self-service breakfast was tasty and well stocked, and the comfy rooms were just what we needed after a long day. Highly recommend if you're looking for a fun stay!
My experience was slightly dampened by some noise from an event happening that night, which made it hard to relax. It was pretty loud and not ideal for getting a good night's sleep.

Clean, comfortable rooms with great staff
I had a very pleasant stay in a Double Room, the beds were fantastic, and the environment was quiet, allowing for a good night's rest. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making every interaction enjoyable. it would be great if the dining options had more variety, especially for breakfast.

great stay but mixed dining experience
I had a comfortable bed with plenty of pillows and enjoyed the powerful shower. The access to the gym and pool was a nice perk during my stay.
The room was too hot for comfort, leading to poor sleep.

Room 238 was clean, spacious, and that bed—just divine! So comfy with double pillows, and breakfast was a feast, especially that fab machine coffee. Fresh air over air con any day, darling!
But blimey, it got toasty at night. I nearly considered a dive out the window! Who needs a sauna when your hotel room does the job?

I had a pleasant experience during my short stay. The gym was a highlight for me as I enjoy working out, and it was well-equipped. The staff were friendly and accommodating with my requests. I appreciated the ease of access to everything. The food was also decent, and I had some good meals. I traveled with business colleagues from Kenya, and we enjoyed the hospitality.
The pillows were somewhat uncomfortable, and I found the bath too high to climb into safely. I noticed some aspects could use improvement in housekeeping.

Fantastic stay with great amenities!
Just came back from a 2-night stay with my mum. The room was super comfy, like sleeping on clouds! The restaurant had delish food and the staff were really friendly. Only downside was a leaky shower, but it didn't ruin our stay! Must try the on-site Starbucks if you're a fan!
