Breakfast options were limited and seemed understocked, with only the basics available, such as a few teabags on the table. For anyone who enjoys flexibility, the lack of viable plug sockets near the bed is a nuisance for charging devices overnight.

We had a lovely two-night stay where our double room was spacious and the bed was super comfy with plenty of pillows. I had a very pleasant stay in a Double Room, the beds were fantastic, and the environment was quiet, allowing for a good night's rest. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making every interaction enjoyable. it would be great if the dining options had more variety, especially for breakfast.

I had a comfortable bed with plenty of pillows and enjoyed the powerful shower. The access to the gym and pool was a nice perk during my stay.

The room was too hot for comfort, leading to poor sleep.

Room 238 was clean, spacious, and that bed—just divine! So comfy with double pillows, and breakfast was a feast, especially that fab machine coffee. Fresh air over air con any day, darling!

But blimey, it got toasty at night. I nearly considered a dive out the window! Who needs a sauna when your hotel room does the job?

I had a pleasant experience during my short stay. The gym was a highlight for me as I enjoy working out, and it was well-equipped. The staff were friendly and accommodating with my requests. I appreciated the ease of access to everything. The food was also decent, and I had some good meals. I traveled with business colleagues from Kenya, and we enjoyed the hospitality.

The pillows were somewhat uncomfortable, and I found the bath too high to climb into safely. I noticed some aspects could use improvement in housekeeping.

Fantastic stay with great amenities!

Just came back from a 2-night stay with my mum. The room was super comfy, like sleeping on clouds! The restaurant had delish food and the staff were really friendly. Only downside was a leaky shower, but it didn't ruin our stay! Must try the on-site Starbucks if you're a fan!
